Our RAXIN premade pouch packaging machine is a fully automatic rotary packaging solution designed for filling and sealing pre-made pouches such as stand-up pouches, zip-lock pouches, flat pouches and gusseted bags. Integrated with a high-precision multihead weigher, the line automatically completes bag picking, bag opening, product filling, air evacuation / nitrogen flushing, sealing, date coding, cooling and bag discharge in one continuous cycle.
Built with a food-grade stainless steel frame and guarded by transparent safety enclosures, the machine is ideal for packaging snacks, nuts, candy, pet food, roasted coffee beans, dried fruit, frozen food, spices, granulated chemicals and other free-flowing granular products. The PLC-controlled touch-screen HMI makes parameter setting, recipe recall and daily operation simple, while the servo-driven film and bag stations deliver stable, high-speed packaging with low changeover time. Industry: Food, pet food, agriculture, confectionery, dried goods, hardware, daily chemicals and more.
Suitable products: Snacks, nuts, potato chips, peanuts, candy, chocolate, coffee beans, dried fruit, pet food, frozen vegetables, rice, seeds, spices, granules, puffed food and other free-flowing granular or small-piece products.
Suitable pouches: Pre-made stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, flat bags, back-seal bags, gusseted bags, shaped pouches, and small cartons or trays (depending on configuration).
2. Main Features
Double multihead weigher integrated (as shown in the picture): two weighing hoppers work alternately to achieve higher weighing speed and accuracy; suitable for medium-to-large granular products.
Automatic rotary working stations: bag pickup → bag opening → filling → exhaust / N₂ flushing → heat sealing → date printing → cooling → output, all completed automatically.
Servo motor control for bag pulling and sealing jaws, ensuring accurate positioning, stable sealing and low reject rate.
PLC + color touch screen (HMI): English interface, recipe memory for up to dozens of bag sizes, real-time production count, fault alarm display with troubleshooting prompts.
Transparent acrylic safety guards with interlock switches – machine stops automatically when a door is opened, meeting CE-level safety requirements.
Food-grade contact parts: 304 stainless steel hopper, forming parts and product-contact surfaces, easy to clean and sanitize.
Wide pouch compatibility: quick changeover between pouch sizes and styles; no specialized tools required.
Date coder / ribbon printer built-in (as shown on the right side of the line) for printing production date, batch number and expiration date.
3. Working Process
Bag supply: Pre-made pouches are loaded onto the bag magazine by the operator.
Bag pickup: A vacuum gripper takes one pouch at a time and places it on the rotary chain.
Bag opening: The pouch is opened by vacuum suction and checked by a sensor – no bag, no fill.
Filling: The multihead weigher discharges the weighed product into the pouch through the filling funnel.
Exhaust / Nitrogen flushing (optional): Air is gently pressed out, or nitrogen is flushed in to extend shelf life.
Heat sealing: The pouch top is heat-sealed in multiple seal jaws, with temperature independently controlled for front and rear seals.
Cooling: Sealed jaws cool the bag to flatten and strengthen the seal.
Coding: Date / lot number is printed on the seal area.
Discharge: Finished pouches are conveyed out for downstream packing or cartoning.
4. Optional Configurations
Single / double / 10-head / 14-head / 16-head multihead weigher (choose by product density and target output).
Screw auger filler for powders; liquid / paste pump for sauces and liquids; linear weigher for large bags.
Nitrogen gas-flushing system for coffee, snacks and oxygen-sensitive products.
Vacuum conveyor / z-type bucket elevator to feed product to the weigher automatically.
Check weigher and metal detector for downstream quality control.
Ink-jet printer, ribbon coder or laser coder.
Additional gusseting, hole-punching or degassing-valve application station.
